Many agencies advertise extremely low rates for official document translation; yet, in practice, their actual rate is double if not higher. Other agencies tack on additional charges for documents with more than 200 words, hand-written material, extra civil registry stamps, the back or second page with only a few words or signatures, and so on. Our rates are the same for all standard documents, such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, background checks, driver’s licenses, and a variety of other documents. 

Simple Process

We no longer need to see your original document. All you have to do is upload your files, send them by email or text images to us. From that point, we are able to complete a translation that will be accepted by USCIS. Within in a matter of hours, we will have your completed translation ready by email, which can be printed and submitted to USCIS, or in some cases, uploaded directly into the immigration system portal. Dropping off and picking up documents is no longer necessary.

Protection of Your Personal Information

Unlike most translators, we do not send your vital records to third-party translators, we do upload your document into automated translation programs, and we do not share your information with anyone else, period. We translate your documents by our employees and delete all files from our server after thirty days unless you request it to be done sooner. Our email is HIPAA compliant.

Most translations are complete in 24 hours or less. Faster service is available on most documents, and some can be completed in one or two hours. While hard-copies are no longer mailed for most USCIS translations, if you prefer that we send paper, physical copies, we can do so via 1st class mail, FedEx 2 Day or FedEx Priority Overnight. International shipping is available upon request.
